CONDITION GRADING

Because LaVianca specializes in vintage and pre-owned designer fashion, condition is an important part of every purchase.

We use the following general condition guidelines:

NEW WITH TAGS

Brand new condition with little to no visible evidence of previous use unless otherwise stated in the product description.

EXCELLENT

Very well maintained with minimal signs of previous use. "LIKE NEW" condition. Any imperfections are generally minor.

GREAT

Shows signs of previous use consistent with normal wear but remains in GREAT overall condition.

GOOD

Shows noticeable signs of wear consistent with previous use and/or age. Any significant imperfections will be disclosed in the listing.

FAIR

Shows substantial signs of use, age or wear. Items in this condition may have visible imperfections and are intended for customers comfortable with a more pronounced vintage or pre-owned appearance.

Condition ratings are subjective and are intended as a general guide. Please review the individual product description and photographs for the most accurate representation of each item.

Orders & Modifications

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because each order is processed promptly to ensure expedited shipping, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Please include your suite or apartment number as we are only able to ship to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Undeliverable Packages

What happens if my package cannot be delivered?

If tracking indicates that your package is undeliverable, please contact us at Info@Lavianca.com.

If the package is returned to us, we will arrange reshipment once an updated address has been confirmed. A reshipping fee will apply for all returned or undeliverable packages.

We kindly ask that all shipping details are reviewed carefully at checkout to avoid delays. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

LA VIANCA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier, including those shipped to mail forwarding services or affected by carrier delays, weather events, or other acts of nature.

Order Accuracy & Missing Items

What if my order arrives incorrect or incomplete?

Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipment; however, in rare instances, discrepancies may occur.

If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at Info@Lavianca.com, including clear photographs of the packaging and contents.

Approved claims will require the return of the item in its original, unused condition before a replacement can be issued. Once received, please allow up to 7 business days for resolution.

For hygiene and authentication purposes, items that have been opened, used, or altered cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
